The full album is an interactive experience that combines a comic book that you read AS you listen to the album. The lyrics are the dialogue. The book deals with a rockstar trapped inside a coma, who will only be allowed back into the real world if he overcomes his ego.

Featuring some of the Netherland's best known metal musicians, this album took three years to complete and involves 13 guest musicians and is one of the few albums on the planet with several drummers, where the stereo image of the drum switches perspective as we hear both left handed and right-handed drummers.
